Thank you for supporting our small business and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an even exchange. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@innerpeacecreations23.com to start the process. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Returns

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange for a product of equal value. Please allow at least (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We notify you via email when your return has been processed. 


Exceptions    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Room Sprays
  • Solid Lotion Bars

     ●  We will accept returns/exchanges on certain items that in their original condition along with all packaging. Please email us at support@innerpeacecreations23.com with your request for a return and we will issue a return authorization form with a return authorization number (RA#) along with instructions for returning your candle.
