How do I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for your products and we will ship your package within 3-5 business days. How long does it take before my order ships?

Most orders ship within 3-5 days. If any unforeseen issues with shipping we will reach out to you.

 

I did not receive an email from IPC, what should I do?

In this case, please check your spam folder and make sure to add Inner Peace Creations to your contact list so you don't miss emails from us moving forward.

 

I want to order multiple items within one order and ship them to separate addresses; will I be able to do this?

No, unfortunately you will have to place one order per address. The system allows only one tracking number per order.

 

Do we ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes.


Something in my cart disappeared. Why did this happen?

Our inventory is updated in real time. It is possible during sales, promotions, and high-volume periods that an item could go out of inventory before you complete your transaction. Having an item in your shopping cart will not prevent this from happening.  We apologize if you experience this occurrence. 

 

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Now what?

In this instance, reach out to us ASAP at support@innerpeacecreations23.com after noticing the mistake. If we can catch it in time, we will absolutely do our best to update the address. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address in time before it is processed. We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All shipping labels will be made to the address you provided. 

In the event an order is placed and the shipping address is incorrect or invalid and sent back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with having the order re-shipped.  There will also be a $5 reprocessing fee that is added to your order to have it re-shipped or refunded.

 

My tracking indicates my order was delivered, but I can't find it. Can you help?

We primarily use USPS and UPS to deliver our packages and do everything we can to get packages out to our  customers with as little issues as possible, but once items leave our facility we no longer have any control.

Sometimes an accidental scan by USPS/UPS can cause your package to show up a couple days late. We recommend checking your mailbox, with neighbors, or any other locations around the premises.  We’ve found that waiting a couple days usually solves the issue.

We also recommend reaching out to your local post office/UPS to see if you can get an answer and, if necessary, filing a claim with USPS/UPS.

 

What ingredients do you use?

We use a proprietary blended coconut wax, phthalate-free premium fragrance oils, and cotton wick.


Where can I buy your candles?

We sell our products through our online store. 

 

Why does my candle look separated from the glass?

Due to weather conditions, sometimes a slight slippage from the glass occurs. Your candle is not damaged, and this issue will resolve while burning. During the drying process, depending on the room's temperature, the wax can pull away from the glass as it cools, creating this effect. However, once the candle is lit, it will go away as the glass heats up.

 

Can I return or exchange my candle?
